Our 50th Reunion was October 3rd, 2015!
Message from the 50th Reunion Committee
Great Valley Senior High School's Class of 1965 held a 50 year class reunion Saturday night, October 3, 2015 at Tom and Joanne Fillippo's house in Malvern. Preceded by a Friday night "Happy Hour" at Mckenzies Brew House, 87 1965 graduates, plus their spouses or guests (totaling 128 in all!) renewed old friendships from years gone by and spent the evenings discussing old memories, laughing, dancing, and having a great time. On Saturday morning 35 alumni also participated in a tour of Great Valley High School to see how much it had changed since we graduated - it had!!
A hearty "Thank You" to all who were able to attend our Reunion Weekend. Alumni traveled from California, Oregon, Iowa, Louisiana, Florida, and many states in between (including the Pennsylvania contingent) , not to mention to mention Norway!. It was all of you who helped make this weekend the huge success it was!
Many thanks to those who helped out in making this weekend happen - Tom and Joanne Fillippo, Carol Givens Wiig, Bob Hutchison, Sue Morriison Teitelman, Sally Kiedaisch Tidball, Wain Schroeder, Rick Sandora for many of the candid and group photos, and Ken Good for the fantastic video presented on Saturday night! A special thanks to Tom and Joanne Fillippo for graciously opening up their barn on a very rainy Saturday evening to all of us who could be there (this sounds amazingly similar to our 40th reunion!)..

SAVE THE DATE: a GVHS Class of 1965 70th Birthday Party is in the making for 2017!! No definite plans have been formulated yet, but we are looking at the October time frame and will update you all via our FaceBook page, our website, and email.
